Whalebones Walk 2013
A glorious day saw some 130+ walkers took part in the 2013 whale bones walk from Whitby to Marske, raising vital funds for the team.
During the walk the team were called out to assist Cleveland Police in a search and also attended a Road Traffic Accident.
A huge thank you to all who took part and all those who supported the walk. A special thanks to the Clarendon in Marske who host the event and provide much needed refreshment after the 22 miles.
Well done all.

Whalebones Walk 2013
Around 130 walkers will take part in the 20th Anniversary of this popular fund raising event this coming Sunday.
Starting at the well known land mark of the same name in Whitby, N.Yorks and following the Cleveland Way North towards Marske, along 22 miles of stunning coastal scenery.
This weekend also marks a National campaign to make the public aware of the Mountain & Cave Rescue service in England and Wales, which of course, fits in well with this annual event.
So if you see some of our Members and vehicles this weekend, please stop and say hello.
On a further note, the current weather forecast promises some warm and possibly sunny conditions on the day - so pack your sunscreen if taking part!
